The problem
Manual, paper-and-email-driven approval processes were slow, hard to audit, and disconnected from the systems that actually held the data.
My approach
Built a centralised workflow engine with document capture, configurable multi-step approvals, deep SharePoint integration and direct hooks into the client's ERP.
The result
Approvals that took days now happen in hours, every step is auditable, and the documents live where the rest of the business already works.
Job Card Tracking
AeroTruckA digital job-card system with photo attachments at every stage and WhatsApp notifications.
The problem
Paper job cards got lost, had no photographic record, and left customers in the dark about progress.
My approach
Digitised the entire job-card lifecycle with a photo attached at each stage and automated WhatsApp notifications to keep everyone in the loop.
The result
A complete visual history per job, fewer disputes, and customers who actually know what's happening with their vehicle.
Online Digital Forms
Healthcare sectorConsent forms and patient registers digitised for chiropractors and physiotherapists — launched during COVID-19.
The problem
COVID-19 made shared clipboards and paper consent forms a health risk overnight, and practices needed a contactless alternative fast.
My approach
Delivered OTP-authenticated digital forms with e-signatures and PDF output, deliverable over WhatsApp and email.
The result
Practices kept seeing patients safely through lockdown — the seed of what became the FlexForms product.
